The Baraat Box luxury black-and-gold Mercedes Sprinter, a mobile baraat stage closed at night

THE BARAAT BOX

The Ultimate Baraat Experience

Luxury Mobile Baraat Stage Hire

Based around London, travelling across the UK

The street becomes a runway. Gold light, living sound, and a stage that arrives with the groom — then opens for the night that follows.

The house on wheels

What is The Baraat Box?

A traditional procession, rewritten as a mobile production: professional sound, lighting, DJ facilities and a stage that earns the silence before the music hits.

  • DJ setup

A booth built for a headline set — not a folding table in a van.

  • Premium sound

Low-end that carries a procession, clarity that still loves a courtyard.

  • Lighting

Moving heads, gold washes, a night that photographs like cinema.

  • LED visuals

Names, motifs, a sky behind the DJ that belongs only to this wedding.

  • Mobile stage

One purpose-built stage: moving with you, then opening for the room.

One van. Two experiences.

The baraat that never drops the energy

Lead the procession. Then unfold into a venue show. Same crew, same production — the night does not have to start again from silence.

Party mode — side-open full stage at the venue

Drag to transform

Side-open · parked

Party / Venue Mode

Park. Five minutes. The side lifts and the night becomes a stage: DJ to the crowd, LED sky, moving heads, a courtyard that suddenly has a headline act.

Why choose The Baraat Box

Built for the moment the street holds its breath

Unique

Unrepeatable

Guests have seen dhol. They have not seen a black-and-gold stage arrive like a plot twist and then become the party.

Premium

Purpose-built

This is entertainment architecture — not a pickup with a speaker in the bed pretending to be a production.

Flexible

Street to stage

Procession, then venue. One vehicle, one crew, no gap where the energy falls through the floor.

Content-worthy

Made for the lens

Lighting, LED and staging designed so the photographer and the cousin with a phone both leave with cinema.

Packages

Commissioned, not catalogued

We do not publish a price list. We listen to the date, the venue, the hour you want the street to change — then we quote for that night alone.

How it works

From the first message to the first downbeat

  1. 01

    Enquire

Send the date, the venue, the hour you want the street to change. We read access and atmosphere before we talk production.

  2. 02

    Plan

Together we write the night: procession, park, music, visuals, any theatre of sparks. Nothing left to the morning of.

  3. 03

    Confirm

A deposit holds the date. You receive a clear plan so the day itself feels considered — never assembled in the car park.

  4. 04

    Celebrate

The Baraat Box arrives, transforms, and delivers the entrance — then the stage — guests will still be describing at breakfast.

Kind words

The night, as they remember it

Couple

“The Box arrived at the hotel like a secret we had been keeping. When the doors opened, the whole baraat changed temperature. Our photographer still talks about that street.”

Ananya & RohanWedding, London

Wedding planner

“Clients ask for something the guests have not already seen. This is that. Access, timings, the change from procession to party — they plan it properly, which is what I need from a specialist.”

PriyaPlanner, South East

Hotel

“Hotel driveways are unforgiving. They arrived early, spoke to our team, and the vehicle sat as if it belonged on the forecourt. Guests treated the arrival as part of the ceremony.”

JamesVenue team, M25

DJ

“I have played from a lot of booths. This one is built for the night — sightlines, sound, the LED behind the couple. It made the set feel considered, which is the nicest thing a DJ can say.”

FAQs

Ask us the unglamorous questions

How much space does the vehicle require?

Every venue has its own turning circle, its own trees, its own manager with a tape measure. We confirm parking, guest flow and access as part of your enquiry — please send the venue or a postcode, and any height notes you already have. We will not pretend a single number fits every courtyard.

Can it travel during the baraat?

Yes. Procession Mode is the moving picture: rear open, sound and light travelling with the party, so the vehicle is not merely driving ahead of the joy — it is inside it.

How long does setup take?

The change from Procession to Party Mode is under five minutes. Arrival, positioning and a full venue set are planned with you in advance, so the transformation feels like choreography, not a scramble.

Can our own DJ use the vehicle?

Yes. Many couples bring the DJ who already knows the family. We confirm booth access, technical needs and timings when we plan — no surprises at load-in.

Can you provide a DJ?

Yes. Share the feeling you want — classical into Bollywood, house under the LED, the one song that must arrive at a certain mile of the walk — and we will confirm the right option.

What happens if it rains?

The vehicle and core production are weather-protected. We agree a wet-weather approach with you — positioning, cover, timings — so the entrance still feels considered if the sky does not cooperate.

Can we customise the LED screen?

Yes. Couple names, motifs, hashtags, a palette that matches the mehndi. Share names or artwork when we plan, and we will confirm what the night can hold.

Do you travel outside London?

Yes. We travel UK-wide from a London base. Travel sits inside your bespoke quotation — not as a surprise on the morning of.

How far in advance should we book?

Peak Saturdays disappear quietly. Enquire as soon as the date is real, even while other suppliers are still being chosen, so we can hold the night for you.

Can the van enter hotel or private venue grounds?

Often yes, with permission, a sensible surface, and any height or weight limits respected. Send the venue with your enquiry and we confirm access before anything is committed.
